8 musicals in the last decade, with ever larger audiences. Earlier musicals were written for younger singers and schools, while more recent ones have been sung and acted for Youth and older performers, to audiences of all ages.

Now writing as one half of Cooper and Walters - with exciting plans for Musicals to come.

MUSICALS

The Snow Queen

A modern and highly entertaining version of the classic Hans Christian Anderson tale. First written for a Primary School, then expanded and perfomed to an audience of one thousand by a cast of 350 young singers from 11 Primary and Secondary Schools across Northamptonshire

The Witches

A licenced adaptation of Rohal Dahl's wonderful book written for a Westminster Secondary School, but with potential for more! Spooky and very funny, with a great book by Alex Cooper, it has four part harmonies, 'Fosse' dance numbers, and big production songs.

Giraffes Can't Dance

Adapted from Giles Andraea's classic picture book for a Primary School, this was the one that started it all. Loved by a generation of children, with songs which are still sung, this is a life-affirming show of friendship and confidence.

Babushka's Journey

An original take on the traditional Russian Christmas Tale, with dancing penguins, talking drums, vocal beat-boxing, and the the very first Christmas Party. Ten songs following Babushka's journey around the world, through music from Iceland, Africa and the Andes, to a contemporary urban track
